Stephen da Silva

Stephen began his Honda career in 1989. He started as a Salesman, then Sales Controller, Sales Manager and since 2007 has been Phoenix Honda Glasgow's Dealer Principal. Stephen is responsible for all 48 employees in all departments - Sales, Corporate Sales, Service, Parts, Accounts, Administration and Lawn & Garden. He has completed all available Honda training & is mid-way through the Masters program. He prides himself in leading his team to offer the highest levels of customer service which is why he enjoys customer retention levels 2nd to none.

Paul Jordan

Paul began his Honda career in 1990. He started as an apprentice, then technician, Diagnostic technician, Foreman and since 2007 has been Phoenix Honda Glasgow's Service Manager. Paul is responsible for over 20 employees in aftersales. He has completed all available Honda training & is mid-way through the Masters program. He prides himself in leading his team to offer the highest levels of customer service which is why he enjoys customer retention levels 2nd to none.

Wendy MacNaughton

Wendy began her Honda career in 2005. She started as a Salesman, then Senior Sales and since 2008 has been a Phoenix Honda Sales Manager. Wendy is responsible for the entire retail sales team who are fully Honda & Motability trained. She has completed all available Honda training & has just completed the Premier program. She prides herself in leading her team to offer the highest levels of customer service which is why she enjoys customer retention levels 2nd to none.

Douglas Watson

Douglas began his Honda career in 1995. He started has a total of 37 years motor trade experience. Douglas runs our Parts & Lawn & garden Departments. He has completed all available Honda training & has just completed the Premier Program. He prides himself in leading his team to offer the highest levels of customer service which is why he enjoys customer retention levels 2nd to none
